The PAWS Dead Blow Eliminator is an automation friendly part-seating tool developed to create more process stability. This tool eliminates the need to physically seat parts with a conventional dead blow hammer. Part parallelism is controlled by a consistent and adjustable impact force. Part seating now becomes part of the CNC program, leading to less operator fatigue and shorter load times.
