4 Passage Center Table Kit

Typically installed on the center table of pallet switching CNC machines and used to feed air and hydraulics from the pump to each pallet.

4 Passage Rotary Union with hard lines out of the work zone on each pallet
4 Hydraulics hoses to connect to hard lines and reach the back of the machine
Gage Manifold pressure indicator on each pallet connected with hard lines
Kits can be customized for fourth axis or non-fourth axis sheet metal configurations.

2 Passage Rotary Table Kit

Typically connected to each Rotary Table and used to feed air and hydraulics into the trunnion fixtures.

2 Passage Rotary Union w/ o-rings and bolts to connect spacer
Rotary spacer to port hydraulics and air to trunnion fixture
Anti-rotation bracket
Port connectors to connect spacer to trunnion face plate
Kits can be customized based on rotary table configuration and fixturing requirements

Center Table Unions

These rotary unions are typically installed on the center table of pallet switching CNC machines and used to feed air and hydraulics from the pump to each pallet.

Kits are available that include an adaptor, fittings, pressure gauge blocks, and hard lines to install hydraulic infrastructure onto your CNC.

Rotary Table Unions

These rotary unions are generally attached to a spacer and bracket system on the rotary table to allow air and hydraulics to the trunnion fixture.
